Hi Everyone!
I am so excited for this new adventure! I have considered the World Race for the past few years and I finally decided to apply and go. My prayer has been to be faithful now as God prepares my heart for a year of travel and service.
Here’s a little more about me…
*I’m from Gallatin, TN (just north of Nashville).
*I studied English Literature at Bryan College and graduated in 2010.
*When I was twelve years old my parents started a private, Christian school for home educators and I have worked there for the past seven years as an administrative assistant.
*I have participated in seven mission’s trip since my freshman year of college.
*I love coffee!
*I love watching Texas A&M football with my dad.
*Kayaking is one of my new favorite hobbies.
*I just turned 30 in April. (I’d say going on the World Race is a great way to start a new decade!)
*I love children’s ministry. Call me crazy, but I love working with two-year-olds. They’re so much fun!
*I desire to see the sex-trafficking industry come to an end.
*One day, I would like to have a family of my own and eventually adopt.
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I hope as you follow my journey you will be inspired to go on on your own adventure – whatever God calls you to accomplish.
Here’s to what may come!
