Hey friends!!! Its Megan here, so to start off here are a few fun facts about myself. First off I am 18 and a senior in high school. I come from a small town that not many people know of like if someone ask where I live I just say an hour South of Atlanta and that dirt roads. camo, hunting, and four wheel drive jacked up trucks pretty much describes it but I’m not much of a fan of any of these things. However I am a huge fan of travel and adventure. I love doing the unthinkable and impossible and discovering new things about the world and myself. I come from a pretty small family, two older brothers (this is where you say God bless your heart) well they aren’t that bad I guess, a great mom and step dad and dad and step mom. I’ve got grandparents and an aunt who can cook like crazy and that is super fantastic especially during the holidays.

Missions hasn’t always been something that I knew I wanted to do, in fact it wasn’t something I thought I could do at all. Up until last year my plan was to go to college and eventually be a professional dancer in a company. I ate, slept. and breathed dance for many many years, it was my first love for as long as I could remember but then I was introduced to the love of Jesus and my life hasn’t been the same since. He’s shown me a new purpose for my life. After lots of over analyzing and lots and lots of praying I have no doubt that God has called me to the World Race. He is giving me an amazing opportunity to travel to Columbia, Ecuador, Cambodia, Thailand, and Albania, I can not wait to see what He does in and through me during this new season of my life.

During this time of preparing for the race I know that I can not do this alone I know that I will have to put all my trust in the Lord but I will also need prayers. Please be in prayer for my squad and I as we prepare for this new adventure. I am so excited I can share this Journey with you all! Thank you so much for all the love and support. God bless you!
