Last month we served with LUMA (Lighting Up Media Arts) in Penang, Malaysia. We served in many different ways with the art community; art showcases, freedom film fest, art workshops, and most the time it involved being the production crew for these events. On our last day of ministry with LUMA our host, Choon Ean, asked if I would be willing to paint the vision/scripture of LUMA up on one of the walls they had.
The day before I was to paint I got food poisoning so I didn’t know if I would have the strength to give. I laid in my bed and prayed that the Lord would take away the pain and give me the endurance to paint for the ministry the next day. I woke up on Friday feeling a little weak, but kept praying and got myself out of bed and ready for the day.
The Lord was faithful and I was able to fulfill this request that day. I was blessed that I could give to the ministry, but felt even more privileged that I was asked to take part in this creative day. Shout out to my dear, Devon, for helping to find the measurements on the wall. A HUGE help!
Check out this time lapse video of what it my ministry day looked like!
Much love!
