My time in Jamaica has come to an end, but the memories live on. Here are just some of the pictures that show my time in Jamaica.

Enjoy!

(The house my team and one other team stayed in for the month.)

(Our ministry hosts, Pastor Raymond and his wife Sheronia, with the two teams.)

(Sheronia and I. I was able to spend precious time with her and loved it! She is an amazing woman and has the biggest heart!)

(Team Scraps with KadiAnn, future sister in law to Pastor Raymond and Sheronia.)

Some of our ministry for the month:

(At Pastor Raymond’s church in Abukir with some of our Jamaican friends. We were able to host our very own Easter Sunday Service and went on several occasions to church with Pastor Raymond. All of us shared our testimony at one time or another and we were able to meet and connect with many locals.)

(This gentleman is Taz. Ashley, Jewel and I had the privilege of meeting him. He just opened up his own business. We were able to go back and have great conversations with him on multiple times.)

(Marvin, a local barber, lived down the way from us. We were able to meet him and about 15 young adults and start holding a bible study in Marvin’s shop.)

(I spent the day at the local community clinic to help Sheronia get her boys vaccinated. Her youngest, Daniel, is asleep in my arms. I was able to meet a lot of moms and their children at the clinic. We talked, played games and spent the whole day together.)

Our accommodations for the month:

(This is the room Team Scraps slept in. Grace and I slept on the floor arm to arm all night. In the morning, we would pack all of our stuff of against the wall because this was also the walkway to the rest of the house.)

(Jewel and Victoria shared the bed. The minute they put their feet on the floor they would step on Grace and I at night.)

(Team Time for Team Scraps.)

(God did amazing miracles and answered so many prayers. This is Jewel and I outside KFC celebrating God for what He did! I had over $4,000 donated to my trip in less than a week. With the donations that came in, I was able to stay on the field and not be sent home!! God is so good. He is a God of promises and wants to answer those promises, we just have to have faith and allow God room to be God. He is a God of modern day miracles.)

A view of walking back to our house:

Two Adventure Days we went to the beach:

We had a squad debrief, where the whole squad comes together, at the end of our time in Jamaica. We stayed at a wonderful hostel right next to the ocean.

(D Squad!)

I hope you enjoyed!

Fundraising Update! I am at $11,500 and need to be at $15,000 by the end of Nepal which is about a month and a half away. I also want to say a huge thank you to each and every person that has supported me through prayer and financially. I wouldn’t be where I am without you. It is with your love, prayers and support I am able to be doing what I have been doing and continuing to do. You are helping change the world.
