Dear Kelsey,
Your whole life you have accepted things as temporary. You have never allowed anyone to get close to your heart. You purposely push people away but inside so desperately want people to stay. Don’t you know you are worthy? Don’t you know I created you and called you my masterpiece? Don’t you know I looked at your life and said “that’s my finest piece of poetry, print it.” Don’t you know I, God, Father, Lord, Abba, looked at you and said “She will tell of me, print it.” Don’t you know? Stop hiding in the vines, my arms are stretched out for you. Run to me, fall on me, I promise to be here.
The Lord has been really sweet recently in inviting me into a deeper relationship with him. He calls me higher. He wants more for me. He sees me as more than enough.
The men on team agape came up with an idea to show each of the 11 girls here how much the Lord values us as well as how much they value us. It was really beautiful. They laid out flower petals and fixed pina coladas, they prayed over us and wrote words the Lord has spoken over us. One thing that was really incredible was the word they each got for me and they way the Lord asked them to share it. Nick wrote scriptures (from Hosea///little did he know its my favorite book of the bible), Shane wrote one word and a song (Reckless Love was my song. wows. I love that song and I’ll never listen to it the same again), and Ben wrote a letter from God (honestly, such a sweet gift).
It’s really cool the way the Lord speaks through all of us. I am so thankful for this past month and this upcoming month I get to spend with all of team Agape and my beautiful gals of team Vessel. I am thankful each of us comes with a story and the Lord took one look at us and said “Print it”.
