And just like that, another month is gone!

April was a lot. A lot of people, a lot of praying, a lot of ministry, a lot of emotions, and never enough time in the day to process it all.

Here is a quick list of things I did this month to go along with my 1-Second a Day video:

Kids ministry in the Roma communities

Cooked a lot for my team

Shared a house with sometimes 20, sometimes 40 other people

Helped lead worship

Street evangelism

Visited villages with bibles, prayer and conversation

Met very, very sweet old ladies

Picked up trash

Learned and taught dances to kids

Played soccer

Met some incredible Romanians

Learned a breakdance move

Saw Dracula’s castle (I think)

Visited the Black Sea

Received a temporary teammate and forever sister, Miranda Landsman

Saw my parents

Spent a lot of time with my parents

Learned a new card game

Took a train

Saw “A Quiet Place” with only Romanian subtitles

Used lots of Spanish

Babysat the most adorable Romanian toddler there ever was

Taught gymnastics

Rode in lots of vans

Built relationships with women who are currently in prison

Tried to keep a very busy kitchen somewhat clean

Learned a little Romanian

Thank you Lord for Romania, help me to remember all that you showed and taught me there and help me get some true REST as we begin ministry in Bulgaria!
