Got some milkshakes at a place called Ochaya with our host Sharelle. Best I’ve had in awhile. Went to get some bikes fixed after lunch, and talked to Leah while we waited on the mechanics to fix our terribly disfigured bikes.
It’s not as warm in Indiana as it is here. Hard to believe that it is November. Time really seems to be slipping by without the change of the seasons in my life. Within a week, I will no longer be here, yet I feel like I just have started to get used to the place. Looking back, there is so much more I wish I had done. I wish I could have pages of things to write about each day. So many hours have slipped by, and the numerous opportunities presented have been missed too often. The more I want to involve myself into this trip, the more I feel like I skip. Here soon, I will be in Honduras, and I don’t want to lose out on a single moment. I know I have made an impact here, but I have failed at my full potential. Pray that I will reach out more! The world says time is money, but as a missionary time is lives saved and intimacy with God.
