Stayed at the house for most of the off day. Everyone else went to one of the lakes or the waterpark, but I spent some time to read my Bible, blog, and to write emails. Alone time has been a commodity, so I have been finding ways to maximize it. Feels way better to find productive things to do than chill out on YouTube or play games.
After cooking a late lunch, I went out to get some journals. I already have one to write what I did in the day, so I got one to process more on what to learn from the day. Got the second one to write letters to my future wife. I heard the idea, and thought I’d give it a try.
Got to spend more time with Gracie after my hunt for journals. Talked about things, and that is all I can share. Tuesday, October 17th I had talked to Gracie in the park. Had I not, I think she wouldn’t have been willing to go on our walk and get some things off her chest this night. I am now honored to be trusted by her and to be able to trust her in return. The launch keys were just a cute gift at launch, but I’m seeing my word trust pop up more and more as I go on this trip. Keep doing your thing God!
