It’s been 6 months since I was in India, but it was one of my favorite countries. It was the moments that I really felt I was doing the World Race. My team and I got to travel throughout different villages and preach in backyard churches everywhere. I was having the time of my life even though I was experiencing the hottest temperatures I’ve ever encountered and due to customs, I had to wear long pants and long sleeves. This was the month where I felt I stood out in boldness, preaching the gospel and got to help walk a handful of people into a newness of life with Jesus. It was the month of literal blood, sweat, and tears- add sickness and rough conditions and that was India. But as hard as it was, it was one of the most beautiful months for me.
India was what I pictured the World Race to be like- it was like many of my dreams of missions were coming true right before my eyes.
So, naturally, I make a music video about it right? LOL. I’m a freak I know. But I love being creative, it brings me life, and it’s been fun to make a collection of these Greatest Showman videos.
India was a sensitive country to missionaries and evangelism, so I didn’t get to really show you what it was like. And now you get a real taste!
I also have a ton of footage to still go through capturing our entire experience so that will be a project I work on after the race is done. In the meantime, enjoy a taste of India to the soundtrack of A Million Dreams from The Greatest Showman.
