Hello our dear supporters,
This will be our final blog post! We are finally back in the USA and have spent the past 2 weeks visiting with family and friends up and down the east coast. Our time in South Africa last month was wonderful! We served with a church/school in Jeffrey’s Bay and also spent our last week in Cape Town where we had a final debrief time with the rest of our squad. Now we are getting ready to spend the holidays with family, and will be praying into our next season and what God has for us! We have been applying to some jobs and are hoping to be back in the Richmond area soon.
Pausing to reflect and celebrate are two powerful practices that we both like to do. And after a year like this one, it has been amazing to look back and see all the incredible stories and blessings that we have had in 2018. God is so good! Let’s all take some time to intentionally pause, remember, and praise Him for all of His provisions that we’ve experienced this past year. Celebrate every win and even the struggles – the big, the small, and all that’s in-between. May you enter into this new year where you know God’s rest, His peace, and His all encompassing love. He’s for you and with you in ways you can’t even imagine!
Thank you again for all of your prayers, encouragement, support, and love! You all have been such a big part of this journey, and we are so grateful to you all for walking alongside us!
