Operation Blessing. More like Operation Blessed. Thank you God for allowing me the opportunity to visit three local women’s homes here in Maun. Thank you God for using my teammates and I’s hands and mouths as instruments of healing that day.
Six months ago if you would have asked me if I could pray physical healing over someone I would have laughed at you. The Bible says we will do what Jesus did and more but six months ago I didn’t believe that applied to me. By the time launch rolled around my faith had been radically changed and I began to tap into the Holy Spirit, God’s voice, and just how much power I hold in Him.
Thursday the 14th of December God used me and two other of my squadmates to pray physical healing over not just one but four women. The sick were healed. The blind saw. The lame walked. Each prayer was spoke with such assurance and faith that God would do a good work to bring His kingdom. I am still in awe of just how powerful that morning was. Not everyday is quite like that day on the Race, but man, the days that are I will never forget.
God is moving here in Botswana and I believe He is moving at home too. The same power that I tap into in Botswana will exist with me in South Africa, the Philippines, and at home. What an amazing thought. These miracles I am witnessing are not limited to mission trips and third world countries. I am praying that power over myself and you all everyday.
Over the delta and into the bush, to the branch church we go… my team and I set off tomorrow morning for the bush of Africa to spend a week evangelizing in a village!! Christmas spent in a tent. Pray for us as things will get a little uncomfortable but we are excited for the stretch!!
