If you know what movie this quote is from we can be friends. If you don’t know you NEED to watch the movie UP! Climbing a volcano has been on my bucket list since I heard you could do it. Yesterday we climbed the Santa Ana volcan, this was not a hike for those out of shape. It was so hard! We struggled together, we leaned on each other and God for support. Even though the hike was hard the view at the top was worth it!
Did you know lava can be green! We didn’t SURPRISE!

After hours of hiking up and down the volcano we reached the bottom only to realize we could get on the last shuttle ride back to the bus stop. God was there for us, He got us to the top and back down safely then He provided again with a ride. Here we are packed on the back of a truck holding onto each other!
All in all yesterday was great! We had so much fun, we sweat a TON (after hiking we had 1.5 hours of dance practice- Latin worship zumba, is what we are calling it).
I am so excited to journey with these people, they are helping me step out of my comfort zone, they are challenging me to speak up and ask questions.
