While being on the World Race I began seeing life as a book and The Lord as my author. Choosing to let the Lord write the next chapter of my life hasn’t been exactly easy. But skipping a whole chapter in a good book usually leads you to feeling lost. I don’t want to feel lost, I want to let the most famous author write my next chapter and choose into it.
while living in Guatemala, I began praying for the Lord to show me the next chapter in my life. With His intentionality and heart, the Lord revealed several open doors to me. I decided to apply to Circuit Riders, an organization through YWAM that raises up young adults to bring the gospel boldly all across the states. After being accepted a few weeks ago, I will be committing for 7-8 months starting in October. The first 3 months will be training in California, and the next 4 months will be the outreach called Carry The Love. I’ll be joining the “messengers” track that focuses on speaking on college campuses, to preaching amongst the poor and oppressed, from unreached nations to urban cities, messengers will cultivate their speaking and mobilizing gift to impact this generation. Messengers is designed to raise up catalytic leaders who will take the gospel anywhere.
Isn’t it so cool how the Lord knows our hearts and passions, and gives us opportunities to use them for his glory!? I’m so excited for this next chapter in my life and the fruit that will come from it. To prepare for this next chapter I will be fundraising towards $10,000. This goes towards training, housing, transportation, food, outreach projects, and tour fee for Carry The Love. I will begin fundraising as soon as I set up an accessible link online. I will be working during the summer and also fundraising. I would appreciate all the support and prayer I could get.
