As I started to explain in my last blog post, our 26 person squad is separated into 4 teams that will go to different places in each country we visit and do ministry together. Most of you who will read this blog probably know me, but you probably don’t know the awesome people I get to serve with. So allow me to introduce you to Team Lighthouse!

Julia is one remarkable person! She’s wise beyond her years, and has a relationship and understanding of the Holy Spirit like I’ve never seen before.
Oriolyne (pronounced or-uh-lin) is like the cool mom of the team. She has such a kind heart and is always checking to make sure we’re all doing well.
Rachel is a quiet soul, but behind her calm exterior lies a passionate love for people, and an encouraging spirit.
Abby is a firecracker. You never know when she’s gonna break out the dance moves, and her joyfulness is always making us all smile.
Ryan is our fearless leader. He’s strong, yet compassionate, and he’s constantly praying over us.
Taylor is such a fun, energetic person. She’s innovative, full of great ideas, and also does a mean Zumba!
Individually, we are 7 people who love Jesus, love people, and have some great spiritual strengths and gifts. But together, we are Team Lighthouse, peaceful yet strong, a beacon of hope shining through the fogs of life. We are a community, encouraging and supporting one another. We are the Church, using all our gifts and talents together to share the love of Jesus with everyone we come across. I am beyond excited to work alongside these amazing people. Please do keep us in your prayers, as we prepare to do life and ministry together over the next few months.
