You stood outside my grave
With tears still on Your face
I heard You say my name
My night was turned to day
You came
I knew that You would come
You sang
My heart it woke up
I’m not afraid, I see Your face
I am alive
You came
I knew that You would come
You said death’s only sleeping
With one word my heart was beating
I rose up from my grave
My fear was turned to faith
You came
I knew that You would come
You sang
My heart it woke up
I’m not afraid, I see Your face
I am alive
You came
I knew that You would come
You are, a miracle-working God
You are, a miracle-working God
You are, a miracle-working God
You are, a miracle-working God
You are, a miracle-working God
You are, a miracle-working God
You came
I knew that You would come
You sang
My heart it woke up
I’m not afraid, I see Your face
I am alive
You came
I knew that You would come
You came
I knew that You would come
You sang
My heart it woke up
I’m not afraid, I see Your face
I am alive
You came
I knew that You would come
The day is 10/18/17
Throughout the day the song (You Came by Bethel music) was ingrained in my head, singing the lyrics softly, humming the chords and vibing. I was needing the presence of the Lord and it was very noticeable that day. I remember it being a very spiritual heavy day. Later that night after dinner, I realized it was squad worship night. I was stoked. I knew this was my entry to God’s presence. The second song was You Came by Bethel! The power of Abba’s presence was tangible. I broke down before my God and lifted up my doubts, fears, and lies I was believing. He spoke to me in our language, for the first time.
It’s almost like there’s a loving God up above…..hmmmm….
Before the night of 10/18/17 I was craving intimacy and a deeper relationship with my Pops upstairs.
Let me tell you something…
He came. I knew that He would come.
