My impression, is that she is not afraid.
But aren’t our impressions just that?
Corbyn is bold.
She isn’t always seemingly aware of everything around her – because she is super focused on the things before her.
Her task is mixed up with an internal urgency to be alive.
Like a shark – who, if you don’t know, never ceases to move once it’s born until it dies (in order to breathe) – she never ceases to have an agenda for the next.
She is quick in a slow lackadaisical way when watched, – yet, when you take your eye off of her she disappears.
Outside is a must. Challenge is a song she dances to.
She is full of curiosity with a voraciousness that seeks out answers and is eager to hallow the places she goes with as much growth as she can bestow and participate in.
Tall socks, short shorts, unisex printed t-shirts. Hair wild – she will brush it back to rake through her thoughts before dropping theological stances and bombs as if a shakespearean actor of years.
All things will be celebrated by her.
All things ripe for an exchange of silly guilelessness – flour in the face, confetti in the vents.
She is seen. I hope she knows that she is seen. Whether still, or active, God has made her a force that was made noticeable.
She makes people realize their need to understand others; their need to let go of hardened postures and seasoned habits.
She is a person with open hands. Her generosity is a lifestyle she lives in herself. She believes she is unhindered and unhinderable.
She moves like the wind – and desires most of all to be swept away by the Spirit.
This is my impression.

…
I was talking with my dear AmberM. (my teammate) about God’s desire for us to change.
As I was talking with her, I realized that Gods desire to conform us to Christ’s image is so that we can truly experience life as He desires us to: an abundant life.
God doesn’t want to change us for changes sake! (Although of course because of sin and death – we NEED to become new creations! It’s imperative…)
God desires change for us so that we might shift into His definition of things.
That we might experience life right, – as He intended! As He restores and heals us by His death and resurrection that we might have on earth as it is on heaven!
That we might have life lavishly MORE – not as the world gives (…or takes!).
He doesn’t come with a list to change us – He comes with a list of revelations for our joy!
It’s hard to live freely and fully when your definition of life and your definition of the things of life are not based or rooted in truth, but in experience.
I know I keep mentioning this, but for me, I am learning this through the way God has redefined my definition of parents – and now, on this American route – how God is redefining family for me.
.
What do you think God wants to – or is trying to redefine for you?
Despite what you may think, I am sure that there are still thoughts you have that are not based on the definition God has of things. Which means you are not experiencing life as God desires you to.
