Today: I AM FULLY FUNDED!!!

Last year in November God made a promise to me. He told me to sign up for the world race and that He would provide for me.
“Go now,” He kept saying. “I will provide.”
At the time i was in Korea teaching to earn the money to go on the world race. But, honestly, i was pretty frustrated since God kept asking me to take the money i was earning and help other people with it.
I felt God telling me that He wanted to be my provider. I told God that He gave me the ability to provide for myself and i didn’t need Him to do that.
God is much more stubborn than i am though. And as i obeyed Him with my finances i wasn’t able to save up the money i needed for financing my dream.
11:49pm Valentines night i got a call from Adventures headquarters in Georgia. I was accepted to volunteer work for their non-proffit and do The World Race!
God had opened the door, it seemed the path was clear. But i was still in Korea and i was determined to save up the last of my money and pay off at least half of the money for my year of ministry.
That didn’t happen.
I went to training camp broke, and left for the World Race still needing to raise over $8000, with a $500 emergency egg (from my dear friends garage sale fundraiser for me) in my checking account and $120 cash in my pocket.
…
And then today.
I AM FULLY FUNDED!
God has provided for me.
…i didn’t expect to wake up this morning and to be fully funded. BUT I AM!!!
wow…
…
You never know how much you doubt, until you see how surprised you are when it happens.
…
Psalm 23 says:
He is my provider,
And that i don’t have to be in want
Because (basically) He will finish what He started. (Philippians 1:6)
I shall not, because He will.
He will guide me, protect me, provide for me.
What have i to fear?
…
And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love is. (Ephesians 3:18)
I am coming to know that if i am following the path He has for me then He will provide. It will not always come how or when i expect or want, but God keeps His promises and He is faithful!
