We’ve made it to Zimbabwe!!! Month 8 has come and gone, and there was 11 hours at the border to make end the month with a bang.

In South Africa I created memories that will last a lifetime, and grew in intimacy with my Jesus. I got to see my parents and be in awe that they were both in Africa with me. I got to do ministry with them, catch them up on the man that I have become, and go to a safari with them. I got to meet parents of my squad members and team members, and build relationships with them as well.

I got to build a bond with a South African family and truly feel loved and cared for by them. I now know I have a South African “mom and dad” that will take me in whenever I need a place to stay.

I got to share the gospel with some muslims (and be a part of giving one a bible), feed a woman who had no money, and encourage a brother in Christ with the few hours we had set to evangelize.

I got to reunite with my squad and share about what the Lord has done in us throughout all of Africa.

Overall, South Africa was a month to remember. But that chapter has closed and Zimbabwe has started!

Thanks for reading!
