As a team, we want to be intentional about loving each other. Abundance has definitely not been a cake walk, but there is an unnatural chemistry with this team that God is going to use in big ways. To show you some ways in which this team functions I wanted to break it down for you.
A is for Authenticity- We have had some hard talks, as a group and individually, but that has spurred us on in being truly real in the way we live our lives.
B is for Balance- In my opinion, we have a team that has the biggest personalities. Normally this would cause conflict, but in our case it has created balance.
U is for Unconditional Love- This team knows how to love me despite my flaws, and love the kids we do ministry with.
N is for Noisy- I don’t know if this needs much explanation.
D is for DANGEROUS- At Launch we had the prayer prayed over us that we would be dangerous. I believe we have taken this and ran with it. With grace and love and support there will be no stopping this team.
A is for Able- We have been able to do anything and everything that has been thrown our way.
N is for Noteworthy- Watch out. We will be a team that you want to follow
C is for Caring- We look out for the needs and desire of others and pursue that until they are cared for
E is for Eclectic- We have some pretty crazy team members, me included.
