This month has been a lot of God doing ministry within me and giving me rest!! This week we did prayer walks, wrote encouragement notes to our team, late night English classes with 4 people, cleaning the house, passing out flyers for our upcoming Christmas play, even blogging is part of ministering my story to you guys, and disciplining one another on my team. When I first thought of ministry, I thought about helping people in lower social classes, doing construction, evangelism, and doing the most things to show our impact. But, God has shown me that ministry is helping your brothers and sisters whether that my team, my hosts, or my neighbor. It doesn’t have to be something crazy but a way to show them love. Ministry is serving in the large and small ways. So, he has been changing my perception of why I’m here, to show love, not to do tasks. Just showing love to one person is going to change things! Changing the world one person at a time right? It’s hard to see the bigger picture sometimes, but the Lord will eventually reveal everything at the right time. So whether I’m in Chile and you are in the United States, keep doing ministry and live life on mission blessing one another!!!
