“Right here”
I looked down as He said it and spotted a piece of clear sea glass causing an instant rush of peace.
A couple steps forward I spotted another one and then another.
3 pieces of clear sea glass were now in my hands as I started walking back to my towel on the beach.
This sea glass was more than just glass, this sea glass was little pieces of a broken bottle that has been tossed and turned in the ocean to form a piece of glass with soft edges and smooth matte surfaces.
This sea glass represents a promise that the Lord gave me that I would be staying in Jaco for longer than just month 10.
This sea glass represented a promise that the Lord gave me that my time with my teammates wasn’t over yet.
This sea glass is a representation of what we’ve all been through.
It represents the waves of life that have thrown me around and washed me up to shore to be found and picked up by my sweet sweet Father.
You see, the Lord isn’t done shaping me and molding me into the woman he wants me to be.
It’s month 11 of my race and I’ve been shaped and molded A LOT but it’s so comforting to know that I’m not done yet.
This month there’s a group of us that felt called to stay in Jaco until the Lord calls us to move on.
Our plans for the month is to live in complete faith following wherever God has us in whatever He wants us to do as we prepare for life after the race is over.
Prayers would be appreciated as we continue to seek after what the Lord has for us and as we finish up this sweet season.
Grace & peace,
Bran
