My full name is Ashley Marie Starks, I am 19 years old and was born and raised in Minot, North Dakota where we get long cold winters and short hot summers. Currently I work at a gym and waitress. I am a very hard worker and do try to refrain from over working myself even though that does not work out at times. I love to be a motivator and help other people reach their goals! I was blessed with a big family! I have 3 sisters, 2 step sisters and 1 step brother.My parents are split which has been a challenge at times but we always find ways to over come it! I have a neice and a nephew who I love so much. They make my life fun for sure!I also have a neice on the way! Exciting right?!
I love to work out and eating clean. Something about working out keeps me focused and always looking for a new goal to hit. I love to play bass in my worship band when I get the chance to. I am slowly getting back into art. Art used to be a big passion of mine and I could just turn on some worship music and let the art flow, which is why im trying to get back into it.
Q.Why do I want to be apart of the world race?
A. Since i applied i have never been more sure than anything in my life. I am excited to spread the word and help others! This trip will change my entire point of veiw on life! This program has given me a purpouse and I am very thankful for that! I can not wait to make new friends and grow in my faith while I help others do so!
