Whooooo – one month into this thing.

One of the first couple of nights we were here at the base one of our alumni team leaders talked about how much his back was hurting. I asked him if I could pray over him, I did, and the Lord healed him.

Praise the Lord??????

A couple days later we shared stories from the day at dinner. Tons of healings were happening and it was just the first week of the race. Almost everyday someone has a story of a tumor shrinking, or someone walking that couldn’t before, or another person seeing that was almost blind, and even someone that was so sure they had cancer healed.

This squad is bold and courageous and I am amazed everyday at the anointing on their lives. I’m feeling blessed to be teaching them what I’m learning and learning from them so much more. We have healing hands and steadfast spirits and we celebrate they way the Lord uses us everyday.

Sometimes we pray and nothing happens. Sometimes we sit in homes and hear hard things. Sometimes we are so tired at the end of the day we go to bed at 7:30 pm. Sometimes it’s really exhausting living around 53+ people constantly. Sometimes you don’t want to light a gas stove for the 36th time that day or be the 130th person on a school bus (not exaggerating) to ministry.

BUT I get to see and celebrate growth and miracles and touch peoples lives (literally and figuratively) and live out an example. I get to see this squad grow in our anointing  of healing.

This is the best place I could be especially when it’s the hardest place I could be.

Xoxo
