As senior year starts to come to an end all I can think about is my upcoming adventures. Like come on, HOW COOL is it that I’m gonna be living in five different countries for a month/month and a half each?!? The coolest part I’m looking forward to most is we will be backpacking. We will be fully immersed in the culture and ways of the country and place we are in. We are going to be camping and living like the people really do there.

When I say “we” I’m referring to my squad. These will be the people I’m living with for nine months. I am SO EXCITED to meet them. As we chat on Facebook and snapchat it gets me more and more eager to meet them. It’s cool getting to know people who were in the same boat as me (aka not wanting college at first and wanting to serve the lord!!).

I just always love talking to people who have been to the places I will be going to. Any of you out there that have been to Chile, Peru, India, Romina, or Ukraine I would love to hear your stories.

I’m excited to finish up senior year and be done going to high school but as it comes down to it, not gonna lie, I’m pretty scared. I want these next three months to fly by so I’m closer to my launch date, but I’m telling myself to cherish these last few months I have with my amazing friends.

Lets be real, I’m not ready to say by to my family for nine months, that’s going to be hard.

I pray that I stay in the moment situations; to not speed up the end of high school and take it day by day because its about to be over.

(I’m honestly really worried about picking between my favorite t-shirts to take with me, haha.. but really there are so many good ones)
