Hey All,
My name is Sisay Eisenmenger. Some people call me Sisi. I am 20 years old and I am in my second year in college. I haven’t picked a major yet, but I’m thinking about going into a social work program. So here is a little more about me.
I was born in Ethiopia Africa. When I was younger my biological father passed away. That was a time in my life where I felt so broken and hopeless. My struggles in life didn’t stop there, I also lost two of my sisters. One thing led to another and two of my younger siblings (a sister and brother) and I went to an orphanage. Once we were in the orphanage, we didn’t get adopted as quick as other kids. It was hard to wait to be adopted for almost three years. At the time it was hard to understand what God was really trying to teach me. But now I know that God made me wait that long to get a forever family because he was trying to teach me to be patient and learn to depend on him. I got adopted in 2011 by my wonderful family: and they’re everything I have been praying for. I tell you the struggles I have had in life, not so you can feel bad for me, but to let you know that God is a God of Hope and he never leaves his children behind!
A little fun facts about me,
-I love to run!
– I really hate doing math!
– I really want to travel the world!
– Love going on mission trips.
– Love doing puzzles with my Dad during Christmas season.
– Jesus and my family are my everything!
– I really dislike snakes!
If you have any questions or comments I would love to hear from you! Thank you for taking the time to read my blog.
