Last month was all squad month so my team was with all the other team she and our squad leaders and we stayed on a YWAM base with about 50 other people on staff, discipleship school, etc.
The last couple days of being there, we had a Leadership Development Weekend (LDW) where a number of my squad mates preached some/shared testimonies and we shared God’s promises and identities over us. We left on Wednesday 12/6 got on a bus around 3pm and arrived to the Bolivian border around 1pm, after customs and a taxi ride to another bus station, we got on a bus around 8:30pm and got off at 6am and go to on another bus around 10am, and then arrived to Santa Cruz around 10:30 pm! That bus only stopped one time around 1:00 so we had over 9 hours with no stop for the bathroom!! And of course no air conditioning in the 90something degree weather, but at least the views were beautiful! I slept more those two days than i everrr sleep! So we traveled for about 57 hours and made it to our new home in Bolivia on 12/8–Cristina’s bday!
