We celebrate Christmas because of the birth of our savior. The little baby that God sent here to grow up on earth. The same baby that would grow up and have the same temptations of this world that we deal with every day. Even though He faced the same temptations He never gave into them but He understands what we’re going through. When we celebrate Christmas, we’re not celebrating the one day of his birthday but His life here on earth and the life after He died on the cross to save each of us from our sins. Because of Jesus dying on the cross, these lies we tell ourselves don’t have to be a part of our lives. When we ask Him into our lives and we search for that amazing relationship with Him, He will remove the lies from our lives and fill them with the truths He sees in us.
