Known as the kingdom in the mountains, Lesotho is truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever been.
True to its name, there are mountains every where you look. We have had the pleasure of watching the sunset over the mountains every evening, capped off with the most amazing blanket of stars you have ever laid eyes on.
Our ministry this month has us 2 hours away from the nearest town, we walk 1.5 hours each day for ministry, we have zero WiFi and limited electricity and we are LOVING it!
Every day we walk to a neighboring village to build relationships with the people there and serve them in whatever way we can. This can range from weeding, to making porridge, to sweeping a dirt path with fallen branches. We pray over everyone we meet and have already received many stories of healing from our prayers.
In the afternoons we go back to where we live and help our host with his ministry at Africa 4 Jesus, which wraps up our day.
Its amazing to reflect on how much has happened already in just 1 short week and how much more God is going to do in our remaining time here.
I hope I was able to paint you a little picture of our day to day life here and invite you into the beauty that is Lesotho.
