My team and I have the amazing opportunity to go into some of the least reached places of the world. I am so excited for how God will use us to build His Kingdom when we get there. The last 4 years God has continually pushed my heart more and more towards unreached people groups. I want to share that vision and passion with you today and hopefully light a match in your heart for the people in this region of the world.

Facts on the 10/40 window
The 10/40 window is the rectangular region of the world between 10 and 40 degrees latitude. It contains 69% of the world’s population and 97% of unreached people. (unreached people means they have NO access to the gospel)
- 95% of people in the 10/40 window are unevangelized
- There are 6500 languages in the world. 553 have full bible translations. There are 900 different translations of the bible in English. nearly 1700 languages don’t have a single verse of translation. We have more English translations, than full bible translations in other languages. Ugh!
As English speakers. We are spoiled (I’m assuming you speak English if you are reading this) we have more translations to choose from than languages that have a copy of the bible. Yet we complain about KJV vs NIV vs NLT
- 5 million Christians are in full time ministry, 0.37% work among Unreached People Groups
- 6% of ALL money given to churches goes to “missions”
more money is embezzled by the church than goes towards missions.
- Only 1% of money given to missions goes to the 10/40 window (0.06% of Christian Giving, 0.0001% of Christian income) OR 1 penny in $10,000
We can literally pick a penny off the ground, put it in the offering and double the money put towards the 10/40
- Financially, Christians could plant a church in every single unreached people group with 0.03% of our income
not even 1% let alone a tithe of 10%

Note, the white lines make it look even larger than the percentage actually is.
But we can start to change this!
IF we as the church shift our focus just a little bit… we can reach the world!
