Hi everyone!
I am currently in Maasai, Kenya and my fundraising deadline is coming up real quick, it’s September 1, which means I have ONE MONTH to raise $6100!!!
I’ve come up with a FUNdraiser to do in hopes of reaching my deadline in time. So, in the pictures below, you will see some photos of me trying to be a model with a blanket. Haha. It’s a Maasai blanket that they call a shuka. Every person that is apart of the Maasai tribe has one of these wrapped around them at all times. I’m not kidding. It’s beautiful and every one looks so colorful & cozy all the time. : ) When I first arrived here, the staff of Woven Together Ministries met me with one of these shuka’s and a traditional song & dance. They wrapped it around me, tied it and said, “Welcome to the Maasai Warrior family!” And bam! I was officially apart of the Maasai Tribe. You may be thinking, “and why is that so cool?” We’ll, let me tell you why! The Maasai Warrior Tribe is the most famous tribe in all of Africa!!!
AND GUESS WHAT?
ONE OF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RECEIVE ONE OF THESE SHUKA’S AND OFFICIALLY JOIN THE MAASAI TRIBE FAMILY!!!

For ONE WEEK, starting TODAY, every person that donates will get their name written on a piece of paper and entered into a drawing. Depending on the amount you donate will determine how many times your name gets entered into the drawing. So, for example, if you donate $30 your name will get written on two pieces of paper and put in the drawing, which means you would then have two chances to win a shuka from Kenya!
Below will be listed out the possible donation amounts with how many times your name will be entered in the drawing depending on the amount you choose to donate:
$1-$25 = 1 entry
$26-$50 = 2 entries
$51-$75 = 3 entries
$76-$100 = 4 entries
$100-$999 = 5 entries
$1000+ = 6 entries
The fundraiser will end on August 11, which is next Sunday! And on Monday, August 12, I will post a video of me drawing the name and announcing the winner!!! : )
And then the winner will receive his/her Maasai Kenyan blanket when I return home to the States at the end of November! : )

I absolutely could not be doing what the Lord has called me to do over the last two years without every single one of you supporting me through prayers and financial donations. I am thankful that the Lord asks some of us to go and asks some of us to stay and support those that are sent out. He is faithful, no doubt. I am believing in faith that I will be fully funded by my September 1 deadline. Will you partner with the Lord in bringing Kingdom to the nations?

Be encouraged and know that God is moving and working! A quick testimony from today, here in Maasai, Kenya, we had an older woman give her life to Christ at the end of the church service!!! She is blind and we got to pray for healing over her body. We are thanking God that her spiritual eyes were opened today and that she made the decision to receive salvation, but we are believing in faith that her physical eyes are also going to be opened and completely restored! In Jesus’ powerful and mighty Name. Her grandson, who is our chef for the month, is not a born again believer, and we are believing and praying that through his grandmother’s salvation, his heart will be softened and opened to the love of Christ. Will you believe with us in prayer for these two miracles?!
