…Our hope is that, as your faith continues to grow, our sphere of activity among you will greatly expand, so that we can preach the gospel in the regions beyond you. For we do not want to boast about work already done in someone else’s territory. But, “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.”
2 Corinthians 10:15-17
Expectations of others, pressure to succeed, the overwhelming distractions of life, the fear of not performing to society’s standards…never again do I want to fall into these limits. So far this journey has been full of realizations on the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level beyond my abilities to understand. God has shown His grace and truth in so many ways and only with Him am I able to process and absorb the lessons He is teaching me. I can only give Him the praise for all He has done through me and the successes I have accomplished.
Success for my life now is growing deeper in my faith and closer with my Heavenly Father. It’s going beyond my sphere, my bubble, so I can experience His love and grace to the fullest extent. I cannot take pride in these accomplishments since it’s His work being performed through me. I have no room to boast but boast about God and how He is using me!
I don’t mean to scare you with the title of my blog…I will come back lol But God is showing me so much about my priorities in life and what I value. Life will never be the same, never predictable and I am more than ok with this realization. Are you living up to His calling for you? Have you asked Him?
