Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to read about this new adventure I will be taking with Jesus.

A little about me: I love Jesus with all my heart. I live in Ventura, CA. I’m 27 years old and have a B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in International Relations from UCLA. I currently work in Property Managment. I always wanted to join the mission field, but I never really knew how to go about it. God has opened doors these past few years and it’s all just fallen into place.

A little bit about my family: We are close knit. My parents are #relationshipgoals! They’re funny, best friends, loving, caring, strict, a team and amazing people that constantly have open arms. My sister Sarahy means the world to me and so does my nephew, Jonah. My brothers, Joel & Danny, are seriously the BEST. They’re everything a girl could ask for in brothers. They’re younger than me, but they make me feel protected and loved. I have 10 Best Friends! Yes, 10!! I love them all and they’re part of what I consider family.

About my ministry: I am currently involved in the Donations & Sponsors Leadership position for Christian Brigades. It’s a non-profit that is currently involved in Honduras & Zambia. They’re objectives are to bring Hope, Reach the community & Empower it for a brighter future. I am also, in the praise team of Oxnard Revival Center. Our church motto is, “blessed to be a blessing”.

About the World Race: My most recent prayers are to 1.) have a better relationship with God, 2.) be BOLD in what I believe in and 3.) Love people like Jesus LOVES us. I believe the World Race is an answer to those prayers. I wasn’t planning on going on the World Race. I have a friend, Sherry, that is currently on it and every time I saw her all I could say was “you’re brave!” After my last mission trip with Christian Brigades I could not stop thinking about this 11 month mission trip to 11 countries. I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights in a row because my heart felt so heavy with making a decision on it. The day before Sherry left on her trip I bumped into her at Target. I told her what was on my mind and repeated “I wasn’t brave!” She smiled and said why don’t you pray about it? At that moment I felt like it wasn’t Sherry talking to me. Instead it was an invitation from my Heavenly Father asking me to chat with Him about it. I later text Sarahi, the CEO of Christian Brigades, and poured my heart out to her. We tackled on the real raw issues of my fears and prayed about it.  That night I slept in peace. I talked to my family the next day and felt unbelievable support from my siblings. I know this trip will help me grow spiritually and it will get me closer to Jesus. I know He has a purpose and tons to show me during this time. I don’t know where the funds will come from, but I am willing. Please keep me in your prayers as I embark on this new journey. May God provide the strength, wisdom and financial support I need to finish the race. Thank you again for stopping by and I pray our Abba provides all that you may need.
