Im back from the African bush, well still in Africa but no longer in the bush. Ha We arrived in Rwanda on Saturday and have debrief until Thursday then we head off to our next ministry. I wanted to give a little update on our past month, so here is a brief overview of what we have been doing. I promise Ill have more blogs coming soon so stay tuned.

This past month we were in Ethiopia. Also it was almost all squad month, which basically means that six of the seven teams stayed together while the seventh team did unsung heros (looked for other potential contacts in Ethiopia). We stayed in a village that was about three hours outside of the capital. We lived on a self sustainable farm that sat on about 15 acres of land, we lived with 24 children and 5 house moms who took care of them.

This month was awesome, we got to do a lot of physical labor to help out the farm, played with the children and even had a small photo shoot in the grass field. We got to connect more as a squad since there were limited activities so we made our own fun. We also got the chance to disconnect from wifi and really dig into what God has been teaching us in these last six month.

Here are a few photos from them month! PEACE

XOXO
