Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you know that I am officially FULLY FUNDED! Woooo hooooo! I’ve been close for a while and have been waiting for some re-occurring gifts each month to complete my funding, but now that day is here! I cannot believe I am saying this but, please, stop giving! Any further donations will go to Adventures in Missions General Fund. If you want to give to them, cool, do it! But I also have teammates who still need help. Thank you all so much for your support. It means so much to me to have a team behind me cheering me on. Even though I am fully funded, I still need you! I actually need you now more than ever! We are about to embark on a journey that in our own power, we could never complete. We need the Lord everyday to guide us, protect us, and to fuel us. Please stay in prayer for our team, that we would be building some foundations in our lives to withstand the storms we are about to face. Luke 14:28-30 says this:
28 “Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Won’t you first sit down and estimate the cost to see if you have enough money to complete it?29 For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, 30 saying, ‘This person began to build and wasn’t able to finish.’
Jesus was talking about the cost of being a disciple when He spoke this. I think I can speak for our whole squad in saying that we are in a time where we are counting the cost. Knowing this journey is going to be tough and we will be stretched past what we can imagine right now. But we also know that it will be worth every single second. My squad and I need your help in this time. The enemy wants to kill what God is doing, and in those moments when we are weak, your prayers are holding us up and bringing us to the Lord. So please, keep us in prayer!
