Time has come to say goodbye to Indo!

As I reflect on things that God has taught me this month, I realize how cool He is! He doesn’t ask anything of me, He just wants me for me, it’s not about performance. Which I already knew but God is taking me deeper! And I can’t help but fall more in love with Him!

Saying goodbye was bitter sweet, I met some of the sweetest people! I will miss their hugs and and fellowship and laughter.

A few of my favorite moments were when God would speak to me things like I just enjoy being with you! Or the time I went to visit my neighbor and she lays out a feast and has me join her and her brother for a meal, or the time we went to one of our friends houses for lunch and we sat in a circle and ate traditional Afghan food, and then one of the girls did a henna tattoo on my arm, or the time we went to an Afghan believers home for lunch and the wife who had gotten married at 15, has 3 children, became a Christian less then a year ago and she tells me her dream is to go back to Afghanistan and preach the gospel!

I’m so excited for the journey ahead, I know it will be good, because He is only GOOD!
