I’m working at a daycare this month in Vietnam. I cannot disclose my location, but I can introduce you to my new undercover detectives! During the day, they mask as the cute, innocent kids I take care of from 7am-5pm every weekday.
But at night, my colleagues and I roam the streets to catch any heinous thieves or criminals… 😉

Agent All-Gas-No-Brake
If this little man was a power box, he’d have enough to give electricity to the whole city! He’s got big dreams to be a power ranger, and has some sick karate moves that he practices many a time in the air, and sometimes on his buddy, Wong. I hired him to be on my task force because I know that if our bad guys escape, N-o-ne’s unbeatable energy will allow him to search until our world is safe again!
Wong
Agent Mastermind
Though he may look young, Wong is the smartest person in the room (and I’m not ashamed to admit it, cause he’s outsmarted me many a time!). From excelling in English, to figuring out how to sneak his mischievous little self into my heart, this kiddo is the brain power when it comes to our operations. He is always down to cuddle, but it is only his brilliant way of throwing the other daycare workers off our tails and covering for creating the blueprints and the master plans of our cases when the sun goes down.
Sara
Agent Secret Weapon
Charming, cute, sassy, and as unconventional as a chicken who barks like a dog, Sara is our curve ball on the field. Whether it’s unexpected kisses, an unforeseen shove (see footage below), or a creative angle to riding an otherwise typical sit-and-scoot, Sara’s unique perspective and boldness to be different makes her our perfect secret weapon, and brings joy and life to all who work with her!
Did I mention she loves to dance?
Long
Agent Full Throttle
There is no in-between with this monkey. Long is either 110% committed, or he is not in at all. His dedication, passion, and energy to any task at hand made him the perfect fit for ending crime. On his off hours, he can be found inventing new ways to sit in my lap, running in circles to expend his energy, scheming with his best friend Agent Silent Killer (Su), or sitting and watching the Pink Panther on TV.
As I could hardly get a still picture of this agent, I’ve attached some footage below. I’m glad I took the video because it is straight gold, and captures his entire personality in less than ten seconds:
Bum
Agent Tough-and-Tender
If I could define this kid in one word it would be spunk. In the first couple of weeks my team and I were here, Bum was relatively low on energy because he had a disease which hindered him from being able to digest all of his food. Almost every meal he would throw-up what he had just eaten. But our God is good, and after my teammate Amaris prayed a prayer for his healing, he has not thrown up a meal since! Because he is getting all the nutrients his body needs, he is a new person, full of spunk, giggles, and life. His resilience protects him from discouragement when a case does not go as planned, and his spunk keeps him lively ’til the crook is locked away!
Su
Agent Silent Killer
She doesn’t talk much, but when it counts, you can find Su right in the middle of the action… Although I can’t speak Vietnamese, I’d venture to say she’s the mastermind of many an operation, but that’s just my educated guess. Su is usually seen smiling while talking strategy with the other agents, and leading the charge in dreaming up new games to play when there is some down time. Her quiet power makes her an unexpected, yet unstoppable force to be reckoned with.
Sukah
Agent Kill-Em-With-Kindness
See that football in the crook of her arm? She bit the end right off of it! This kiddo is straight fierce. She’s the first to snuggle, dust you off after you’ve fallen, or help you with a chore, but do not be fooled! She has deathly cuteness powers, and if those thieves let their guards down around her it will certainly be detrimental to their hearts as they know it.
In attempts to look childish, my agents invented a new pass-time. I don’t know what started these clowns on this particular game, but it was called “Lie on Diana’s legs and we’ll drag you over them and around the room”. I’ve just accepted I’ll never know what’s happening, but I’ll always be the prop.

Agent Sneak Attack
After a week and a half of being a wallflower, this kid blossomed out of nowhere! I tried and tried to get him to look at me for the longest time, and finally when I gave up he came and sat in my lap. Now, he won’t leave my lap, and everything I say or do is occasion for him to show his deep dimples, and release his sweet giggle. This cuddly Pooh Bear can flip his switch just like *that*, and those criminals won’t even know what hit ’em!

Agent Silent Killer and Agent Sneak Attack appear to be innocently jabbering like the average three and four-year-olds they are believed to be. In all actuality, they are discussing how they are going to nab the thief who stole all of their post-snack milk. This was the first time I had seen Agent Sneak Attack speak with another agent, and seeing as it was a huge breakthrough, I had to capture it on video. #Jesusisworking
