Friends, family, and supporters, I have an important WR update:

My squad and I have just finished month 6 debrief in Macedonia. This is an incredible country full of beautiful mountains, amazing people, and statues on every corner. We are so blessed to have spent a few days debriefing, and being filled up by squadmates and our squad coaches. As many of you know, this month will look different than any other, so we also spent tons of time in prayer about what is to come.

Our ministry for month 7 is ATL (ask the Lord). This means our teams have simply asked the Lord where/what he wants us to do this month, instead of being assigned a specific ministry and host by Adventures in Missions. The Lord has called team Bamboo (and several other teams) out of Macedonia. Instead of staying in Macedonia, the Lord has asked my team and I to spend the month of July in Thessaloniki, Greece doing tourist and refugee ministry. We are incredibly excited! Both of these ministries are near and dear to my heart. As many of you know, refugee ministry is what I did on my very first mission trip and what the Lord used in my life to make me fall in love with the world. I was rather sad when Greece got taken off of our route shortly after I was accepted to the race, but the Lord has called us there, regardless. We are expectant for the Lord to move and excited to see what he calls us into this month. (But still a little nervie, if I’m being honest.)

We will be traveling to Greece tomorrow and are asking for your prayer support this month as we daily ask the Lord who he wants us to meet, where he wants us to go, and what he wants us to do. Thank you for your unending support in these adventures with the Lord!
