By definition and appearance you grow and bloom in the least likely of circumstances. You choose to break through to get to the sun! You see your environment around you and what was one dreary and dull is brought to life with color and vibrancy with you in it. Without question you brighten the days of those who come into contact with you. Without hesitation you bring joy to another’s soul. With delight you blossom towards me, growing with ease every time I pour into you.
The Voice of The Father
Have you ever asked God what He says about you? Have you checked to make sure that it lines up with scripture? When we hear words of discouragement and destruction that is never and will never be from God. Not that God isnt a God of just anger and righteousness and can’t tolerate sin, that’s not what I’m saying. Of course there’s conviction but there’s never condemnation.
We serve a real God and a real enemy. Make sure you’re listening to the right voice.
The soundtrack of the enemy can sound a lot like this:
You’re never going to amount to anything. If you could just get yourself together then they could love you. Why do you think you could ever change? You’re not worthy or deserving of change. They hate you. You’re disgusting. Your dreams will never happen. Who do you think you are?
And the lies go on and on and on….
We have a choice my dear friends, to cancel out the static noise and listen to the Truth and to speak truth back to the temptation of believing that lie.
There’s light in each of and darkness attempts to black it out. Which one are you going to feed into and from. Whatever manifests outwardly is what you’re believing inwardly. You can change that. You have it in you to do so.
