Darian
So much growth in so little time.
A fighter through the hard thing.
Through in her pursuit.
Darian is someone that literally I cannot think about without also feeling love. Darian is someone that from the very beginning has surprised me. In our first one on one her honestly and vulnerability was a foundation we have only jumped from and traveled such a sweet journey together with. I have seen her push and drive and thrive in the hard moments and take courage.
She is a leader.
She is a lover.
She is intentional.
She is organized.
She is an adventurer.
When Darian has a goal set before her she jumps and leaps and runs and absolutely chases her goal to the finish line. I have seen her time after time again chose into the hard thing instead of the easy thing.
She has a talent in leading children of all ages. Seriously. A GIFTING. She is one of the only people that I have ever seen be this good with kids. She leads those games and grabs their attention and the language barriers have no barriers on her.
She loves to bring joy into the team and pushes to make this team a family. She leads Friday night game nights here within our team and it’s been such a joy. She has a heart that shines and a heart that is felt.
She won’t stand for nonsense. She won’t stand for misunderstanding. She fights for truth. She fights for true freedom.
She makes time for others and run towards intentionality and genuine action.
She takes care of peoples hearts well and knows how to tend to the needs placed before her.
She runs towards 100%
She is willing to say yes even if it hurts.
She gives herself for the people around her.
She has boldness and discernment.
She knows her worth and she knows her value. She knows her creator and so she won’t let anyone treat her as if her worth was anywhere but within the Lords grasp.
People naturally look to her. She has a natural influence that pushes people and pulls people in.
She leads others to Christ because she lets him lead her first.
She isn’t afraid to stand firm in the correct path and isn’t afraid to be the one to bring change.
She inspires me.
She inspires others.
I love her.
Oh boy am I blessed to know her.
