This schedule doesn’t include:
-The one on one conversations we intentionally seek out with the kids we minister too, the staff we work with, or eachother.
-The endless amounts of cleaning up after our messy nasty selves
-The naps we steal when we can throughout the day
-The random trips we take into town when we can and/or need too
-The laughter we share with one another
-The endless amounts of music ALWAYS BEING PLAYED BY THE BOYS
-The annoying things we do as brothers and sisters with one another and too one another (PRANK BATTLE HAS BEGUN)

This blog wasn’t very spiritual or exciting but honestly sometimes the race isn’t exciting and the pictures I post paint a different picture than the reality. The “daily grind” isn’t only in America in the 9-5… the “daily grind” happens everywhere. I have come to love my simple yet busy life and I have grown to know how to dive deep and dig even deeper to seek out the fruit in it… but there are days that it seems so extremely normal and i genuinely forget I am a world away from people back at home in NE. I get fed up with the routine and the schedule of things. Even the months where there is not a set schedule… the fact that there isn’t a set schedule becomes your set schedule and you get used to that and that becomes mundane. Adventure can quickly become mundane when you forget how to dive deep and dig even deeper everyday. God calls us places and then we have to choose into the season with everything we have or else we will fall slave to normalcy and we won’t see the full fruit of the season God has called us into.

And with that! PRAYER REQUESTS!
– honestly… I’m ganna step into vulnerability and whatnot with y’all and ask for you to pray about where the Lord is leading me in this next season after the race. I know God is pushing me and pulling me and using me and molding me and so I just need clarity for the season to come!
– As for THIS SEASON… pray for my team. We are still molding as a team and it’s been cool to be on literally the chillest team you would ever meet. Pray for our continued pursuit after one another as we head into our second month together
– Pray for my heart as it is being pushed to its limit at this very moment. Stress, anxiety, seeing pain everyday… it’s all becoming a lot.
– Pray for my focus to continue to stay steady on this season completely and not to worry as much.

Thanks for yalls support and love! Sorry for the lack of blogs recently… life has been a bit hectic lately… more regular blogs to come!!!! :)))
