As I’ve travelled from country to country these past eight months I’ve learned so much about the truth of being a Christian and what it means. Most of what I’ve learned comes to me after I’ve actually left the country I was just in because I finally have the time to sit and process all that I had seen and experienced for however long I was there. Each of the last five countries I’ve previously lived in have taught me something so vital to making my faith as strong as it is now. I can say in confidence that if it wasn’t for the race I probably would have just lived a life of complete ignorance to what is true about religion, society, myself, the people around me, and morals.
There are five weeks left of the race and I’ve decided I want to post a weekly blog explaining to the best of my ability all that I’ve learned in each country, starting with Swaziland and ending with Guatemala. My goal for this series is to firstly show you how much I’ve grown since last September. Secondly how much bigger God is than most of us perceive him to be back home. And finally share all these testimonies of truth to people who may be skeptical about some aspects of Christianity.
I will be posting these weekly blogs every Monday/Tuesday starting later today with my testimony from Swaziland. I pray you guys enjoy this series and receive it well, please email me if you have any questions or want to hear more or just want to reach out to me. Thank you all for the support and I’m excited to be home soon and share more with all of you.
