Hello everyone!
A lot has happened since June 7th. I was at training camp in Georgia for ten days and it was amazing! My family has grown by 42 members because my squad, X Squad, will forever be dear to my heart. We tented, ate, hiked, laughed, cried, danced, and grew closer to God together. And I would like to introduce everyone to y’all(: The following video was created by the beautiful and talented Kristen Poljansek (aka Cricket)!
Enjoy seeing glimpses of our personalities! My clip includes: the location I was found most often (the porta potty), the t-shirt I wore multiple times (go trolls), and the dance move I learned in Ecuador and introduced at training camp (pencil sharpener)!
Directly after training camp I flew to Texas to be a camp counselor at Still Water, the Christian camp my boyfriend directs. What an honor and blessing it was to do life with my co-counselor and nine girls. Once again, my family is growing(: The love I have for these girls is indescribable! I am proud to introduce the Orange Owls-
We worked hard during basketball and softball, performed an awesome skit and dance, encouraged each other during the Golgotha run, and deepened our relationship with our Heavenly Father. Take a peek at the video below to see what our week at camp encompassed-
I am so thankful for my “expanding family”, because we get to live into Hebrews 10:24-25-
