In about a month and a half I will head to Africa. It’s crazy to think that Africa is the last leg of my time on the World Race. Once we get to Africa I’ll only have 3 months left on the field before returning home. But I don’t really want to think about that right now. BUT one really cool thing about Africa is that my mom and step dad Eric will be visiting me! They will come to Swaziland to spend 5 days serving along side me and getting to experience what my life on the world race has looked like and I’m just so excited! Neither of them have been on a missions trip before and the last and only time either of them have been outside the country was when my mom went to Jamaica in 1994! That was 23 years ago.

I cannot even tell you how excited I am for them to come! I’ll be able to see them for the first time in what will then be 9 months, they will get to serve with me, we will be able to worship together and I’ll get to tell them IN PERSON what I’ve been learning and how the race has been and they’ll actually be able to SEE the change in me.

This is a huge opportunity for all three of us and I’m so excited for all that will happen when they come. Specifically the life change that will happen to them after this trip and experiencing missions in this way.
Here’s the thing, in order for them to come they need to raise support. $4,200 in fact. Would YOU consider donating and being apart of this special week for my mom, my step dad and myself? I’m not sure what our ministry will be when they come but keep in mind that this trip is a missions trip, not just a fun vacation or a chance for them to see me. If that was the case, I’d tell them to wait two more months and then I’d be home anyway. This is an opportunity for life change in them, in myself and in the people we are able to minister to.
I’m so excited!

If you would like to be apart of helping send my mom and step dad to Africa, please reach out to me and I can let you know the best way to get funds to them. Thank you so much!!!
