Working out on the World Race can be a real struggle. You have to get really creative with not only the work out but also the spaces in which you work out. I have worked out in hotel rooms, hostel bathrooms, the woods, and this month I have been working out in a Church. Here is the workout that me and my friend Anna came up with today. My quads are already sore. Give it a try and let me know what you thought.

 

WARM UP:

20 minute jog

 

 

WORKOUT:

10 mountain climbers

100 squat jacks

10 mountain climbers

80 bridge lifts

10 mountain climbers

60 sumo squats to calf raises

10 mountain climbers

40 deadlift jumps

10 mountain climbers

20 lunge burpees

10 mountain climbers

 

REPEAT FROM BOTTOM BACK TO 100.

 

BURN OUT:

10 squats

10 squat jumps

10 squat pluses

100 meter sprint

REPEAT 3 TIMES

 

ABS:

80 Russian twists

25 reverse crunches to a leg lift

25 wipers

REPEAT 3 TIMES

 

Finish with some stretching and possibly a good cry.
