Hey guys,
First wanted to say thanks for your support over this last year and thanks for your continued support! Wanted to give you an update.
I won’t be going to Spain anymore in September. I have been struggling to heal from an ankle injury for the last 10 months and I’m still not healthy yet. Currently I’m in a cast for 6 weeks. I am hoping this will bring healing to my ankle. If not then the next step is surgery. The timing of these things does not line up great with going to Spain and if I would have gone over there there was a chance that it would not be better and I would have to come back to the states for surgery. Currently I’m in the process of deciding what I will do from here and will keep ya updated. There is still a chance I may go to Spain in March, but are also a few other options I’m looking at.
If you gave financially thanks for giving! The money cannot be refunded due to there status as a non profit and will be passed on to another intern that needs it or it will go towards a general fund for the school.
