I just got home from the dentist. I can’t feel the left side of my face and I’m on Hydrocodone. It’s great. 🙂 …jk….kinda.

The reason I’m telling you this is because, at the dentist, they pulled a tooth.. for FREE!

See, sometimes, I think “What am I doing going back on the field again? I have financial responsibilities. I’m making other people pay for me to live my life. That’s not fair!”

Sometimes, I hear those lies louder than other times, but, in some form, more often than not, they seem to be pretty nearby.

God has been reminding me lately about how much He loves to take care of me through other people.

Last week, I picked my car up from the mechanic where it was fixed at no cost to me. After than I drove to the dentist where I had my teeth cleaned for free and before leaving, I had an appointment booked for them to pull my rotten wisdom tooth, for free. The night before, I had been informed that someone wants to give me a little chunk for my personal finances, in addition to supporting me monthly.

WOW! I always joke that I’m Jesus’ favorite because He takes such good care of me. It’s true. I do feel like His favorite!

The point of this word vomit is this.. It would be really easy for me to let my financial circumstances get in the way of doing what I believe the Lord has called me to do. But He always, ALWAYS, takes care of me (I mean, He got me a free teeth cleaning so I could find out I had a rotten tooth, so he could get that pulled for me for free too. He’s kind of going out of His way to take care of me.), so I’m just going to keep saying “Yes” to whatever He asks me to do.

What’s he asking you say “Yes” to?
