Last month was all squad month. This means that all 60 people on our squad were living at the same base. Some of us slept in a church, some of us slept in dorm rooms, and the rest of us tented outside. Each individual team of 7 was assigned a care point. The care points are a type of local outreach that benefit any child in walking distance. Each day we were able to feed an upward of 80 children while loving on them and playing games with makeshift baseballs (we made them out of bread bags and dirt).

On two of the weekends we were in Swaziland we were able to host a soccer tournament for the local care points. At these tournaments we were able to love on and minister to the participants.

Swaziland was such a beautiful country and it is full of beautiful people! Here’s a quick recap of what our month looked like.

We have now safely made it to Pinetown (Durban), South Africa where we are loving on sweet babies all month. I will keep you all updated as this month continues. Please be in pray for our team and for the babies we are taking care of here at Hope House!
