Dear B Squad,
Thank you. Thank you for all that you taught me, challenged me in, and loved me through. Thank you for allowing me to figure all of this out right along side you. Thank you for trusting me and being trustworthy.
B Squad, as I walk into this next season of leading I am only able to do it because of you. I am a better person, a better leader, because you gave me the love, encouragement, and space to make mistakes. I trust myself to do this because you gave me the foundation I needed.
I carry you with me into this next season. I understand intercession better because you lived it out in front of me. I can be vulnerable because you pursued me so well. I know that I can influence people because of the kind words you have spoken over me. And there are infintely more ways that your desire to be uncomfortable for the sake of Jesus has shaped me and influenced who I want to be. Thank you.
I cannot wait to share the stories of how amazing y’all are with this next group. You inspire me to go after Jesus with greater fire and deeper abiding love. You’ve taught me far more than I could ever have hoped to teach you. I can only lead this group of women because of the influence you’ve had on me and the grace you gave me as I learned what it meant to lead.
B Squad, I have a deep love for you. You will forever be intimately woven into my journey. So, I say thank you. Thank you for being you and allowing me to be me. I am forever grateful for you.
