So, here’s some info. I recently accepted the position of Alumni Squad Leader for World Race Gap Year, and I am pretty pumped about it.

It’s going to be a little different than the World Race that I did before.

I will be leaving in September. I will be leading a group of 18-20 year-olds, instead of the typical 21-35 age group. We will be in 5 (or 6) countries in 9 months, rather than the previous 11 in 11 deal. The squad will be doing the same types of ministry and the same general set-up as last time. My squad will be MUCH larger this time around though. It will definitely be an adjustment for me.

I don’t currently know where I’m going, who my squad is, or anything about the ministries, but that’s how I like it. I like to look at the possibilities and see which one God is going to take me on.

It has been a hard road of decision-making to get to this place, but I know that God is going to use everything that He puts in front of me for His good. I see that God has given me the resources to love people and follow Him. I am glad that this is the way that He is letting me use my skills, too. I’m excited to experience some new places, new people, and new adventures!

Here’s what I am asking of you.

If you like to pray, keep me on your list. Pray for wisdom and peace as we get this situation going.

If you would like to be updated (hopefully more this time than last time), subscribe to my blog, or send me an email at [email protected].

If you would like to hang out or talk or ask me questions before I leave in September, I would love that. Just email me (or text me if you have my number.) #qualitytime

If you would like to support me in a monetary way, go for it. First pray about it, but then go for it if you feel like it’s right. The button is up top.
