So…this be my first blog. HAHA. I’m kind of nervous because I haven’t blogged in a long while, please bear with me! ><
Anyhow, welcome to my WR blog guys! I am super excited to begin this journey with your support, blessing, and prayers. I have pretty much seven months in the states before I leave for Asia this September. And right now I have just finished a test for one of my classes here at UCI. And I’m sitting in the cafeteria with #JennyChoe and #CharleneYang…haha shout out to my homies!
Honestly, it’s hard for me to come up with deep stuff and write about it because I’ve been so overwhelmed. I am overwhelmed by this crazy plan ahead of me, by the love and support I’ve been getting from friends and family, and by the constant and obvious grace and goodness my Father has for me. As I’ve been sharing with a lot of you, I have ZERO expectations for what’s coming ahead and everyday, I try my best to lean on our Lord and seek comfort, rest, and directions from Him. Yeah…I’m in the season where I’m learning to trust, to let go, to receive, and to be healed and restored. I pray that everyday, I will surrender before Him and be filled with His Spirit, so that His love and His works may be done in me and through me. And this prayer goes out to you as well. 🙂

By the way, TRAINING CAMP INFO IS OUT!! I will be heading to Adventures in Missions headquarter in Georgia for the training camp from July 6th – July 16th; and it will last ten days. I will bring pretty much everything I will bring on the World Race to the training camp, which is a backpack stuffed with a tent, a sleeping bag, and necessities such as shirts, some pants/shorts, shoes, toothbrush, Bible, journal, and myself. I’ve read tons of blogs that shared about the training camp and the gist of it is basically if you’ve expectations, they’re gonna get crushed. Eh. Haha the practice of expecting the unexpected DOE.
